The history of STM Lottery Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd) began in 1969 when it was incorporated to run the Toto betting
business in Malaysia. It was essentially the Government’s effort to raise funds to promote and develop sports,
youth and cultural activities.
STM Lottery Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sports Toto Berhad (formerly known as Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd), has 680 outlets operating
throughout the country offering 8 games namely Toto 4D and Toto 4D Jackpot, Toto 4D Zodiac, Toto 5D, Toto 6D, Star Toto 6/50,
Power Toto 6/55 and Supreme Toto 6/58 which are drawn three days in a week. Since its privatization in 1985,
its revenue has increased from RM76 million to RM6.7 billion in 2019.

Berjaya Sports Toto operates in Philippines through its 88.26% subsidiary Berjaya Philippines Inc.
which is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. Its associate company, Prime Gaming Management Corporation,
Philippines supplies and maintains a computerised on-line lottery system in the Luzon Region.
Berjaya Philippines Inc. has also diversified into the hospitality business and operates the Berjaya Makati
Hotel through its subsidiary, Perdana Hotel Philippines, Inc. It has also ventured into the automobile business
through H.R. Owen Plc, a luxury motor retailer which operates a number of vehicle franchises in the prestige and
specialist car market for both sales and after-sales, predominantly in the London area. Its associated company,
Bermaz Auto Philippines Inc. acquired the distribution rights from Mazda Motor Corporation (Japan ) to distribute
Mazda vehicles and parts in Philippines. Its other associated company, Berjaya Pizza Philippines Inc. is the
Philippines franchisee for Papa John's Pizza chain of restaurants.

International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc. U.S.A. provides computerized wagering equipment and systems to racing organizations and lotteries worldwide. The company has been in the business of providing on-line lottery products and technology since 1986 and has successfully installed systems in 22 countries worldwide. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Unisyn Voting Solutions, Inc. develops and markets the InkaVote Plus precinct ballot counter (PBC) voting system and equipment to election jurisdictions.

Berjaya Gia Thinh Investment Technology Joint Stock Company, a Vietnamese company which is 51% owned by
Berjaya Lottery Vietnam Limited ("BLV"), is involved in the business of running a nationwide computerized
lottery in Vietnam by partnering with Vietnam Computerized Lottery One Member Company Limited ("Vietlott"),
a 100% state-owned enterprise under the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance. BLV is 80% owned by Berjaya Corporation
Berhad and 20% owned by Berjaya Sports Toto Berhad.
The lottery operation was officially launched in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 18 July 2016 with the introduction
of its first game, Mega 6/45 Lotto Jackpot Game, with approximately 400 terminals. A second game, the Max 4D Digit
Game was introduced on 18 November 2016, followed by the launch of the Power 6/55 Lotto Jackpot Game on 1 August 2017.
The first fast draw game, Keno was introduced on 23 August 2019. There are currently 4,700 terminals across 49 provinces in Vietnam.
