Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tax computations for group statutory report and tax filing.
• Review tax provisions and disclosures in the financial statements.
• Attend to tax audit and tax appeals.
• Liaise with tax authorities on the tax estimate instalment scheme/set off of tax credit/refunds/appeals.
• Liaise with accountants and tax agents for information required for statutory tax compliance.
• Coordinate with tax agent for timely review of tax computations and submission of tax returns.

Requirements

• Professional certificate in Accountancy/Taxation/degree holder from recognised university/pursuing professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in tax/accounting firm or similar capacity.
• Good understanding of tax regulations and practices.
• Analytical mindset with attention to details.
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
