Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
  • Conduct pre-inspection on units before VP and make sure the unit is in excellent condition before VP.
  • Ensure condition of unit before check in and after check out is the same. In the case of any defects, the tenants will need to bear the cost of repairing.
  • Brief the customers on the handover process including unit tour, usage of facilities, handover of the property, handover kit, DLP period, unit defects; ensuring the tenants bear the cost of repairing.
  • Attend to the owner for the property handover of the vacant possession (VP).
  • Coordinate defect rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified within the stipulated time frame.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback in a tactful and timely manner.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels (Email & WhatsApp).
  • Keeping records of customer defect complaints and inquiries.
  • Communicating and coordinating with the project team and external contractors for the arrangement of defect rectification.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Ensure all records, data and information are recorded and filed up to date.
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties when required.
  • Providing timely updates to customers on defect work progress status
  • Preparing at least 3 quotation memos for approval from Top Management.


Requirement

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in branded hotel or property development industry.
  • A team player, result-driven, self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Dynamic, independent, reliable, and responsible.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good at multi-tasking with a good sense of urgency.
  • Have an eye for details.
